Pack Meeting, Thursday, November 29th

Please remember and plan on being part of Pack Meeting next Thursday evening in the cultural hall of the McDowell building! This will be Pack 377's last pack meeting for this calendar year and it's going to be fun. We are combining the November and December themes of Citizenship and Respect. We've got a few advancement awards to present to some of our hard-working scouts, and then we've got a couple of games for everyone to play. Here's a hint for one: Brush up on your knowledge of the Cub Scout Promise - parents too, there's going to be some competition! For the other game, a request: We are asking each family to bring two empty but wrapped boxes - nothing deeper than perhaps 'shoe box size' or bigger than perhaps a 3-ring binder. Those aren't very specific dimensions, but just not too big. The wrapping doesn't have to be fancy, either. The boxes will be stacked in a certain way for the game. We will begin at 6:30 p.m., so please be there by 6:25 p.m. to put your name in for a chance to win a little treat from the "Early Bird Drawing." Also, remember to be in full uniform - we have a special guest coming to help with the uniform inspection. If you need a refresher on what the full uniform is, please read the "Your Uniform" section in your Cub Scout handbook. It's going to be a great evening. We're looking forward to seeing you!
