Hello everyone -
We are looking forward to Pack Meeting this Thursday, November 14th at 6 p.m. We will meet in the cultural hall of the McDowell building. The core value of the month is Citizenship: Contributing service and showing responsibility to local, state, and national communities. Cub Scouts develop good citizenship when they are learning about respecting the flag and providing service to the community. Our scouts will share their experience canning food for local food shelters and we will have a special guest to help with our uniform inspection and flag ceremony. Having our Pack Meeting the week of Veteran's Day adds special meaning to the core scouting value of Citizenship. Be sure to look at the Webelos' den's Citizenship posters!
The featured belt loops this month are Citizenship and Basketball. Please click on the link below to access the worksheets for these belt loops. In order for these belt loops to be awarded in December, the worksheets need to be submitted to Sis. Truitt by the end of November.

Check the calendar on the right side of the blog for den meeting and Pack Meeting information. We are keeping this calendar as updated as possible, but if there is any question, please check with your scout's den leader.
Please plan now for December's Pack Meeting! Order of the Arrow will be coming to do advancement ceremonies for several of our scouts. It will be a great evening.
